1. The qualifications of the Technical Persons to be deployed would have to conform to the following standards:  B. Tech/ B.E./MCA/M. Sc in Computer Science/ IT or DOEACC-B or C Level or BCA/ Graduate in Computer Science/IT with MCSA/MCSE/CCNA
2. The manpower should be technically competent to understand the computerized system
3. The manpower must have minimum 1 year experience in running system under Linux/Unix environment with Oracle RDBMS software

   Contractual engagement, initially for period of 1 year.
